Just a short post today, to keep the internet world in the loop of what I'm up to.
I'm really excited - yesterday I ordered my business cards. :-) I'm can't wait to see them - it makes me feel grown up! They should only take 4-5 business days to get here, so maybe I'll even have them by the end of the week!! Though, I'm starting to wonder if I have prioritised things wrong - I probably should have put more effort into my portfolio earlier on. I was up half the night last night trying to put that together. I figure if I make the whole thing roughly, then spend hours tweaking it bit by bit, it'll all come together nicely. And hopefully in time to print and display on October 22 - my Graduation Exhibition opening night. Of course, soon it will all get uploaded here too, so don't feel like you wont get to see my work. That is, after all, the point to the blog, and the internet!!
That being said, I should get on with some sewing work now - I have a fitting soon for a cosutme I'm making for Lost Illusions, an upcoming NIDA show.
